rPlastic is relatively new to the world of plastic manufacturing but is rapidly becoming a high demand product when designers and brand names are sourcing their materials. Many of the well known food chains want to let their customers know that they are trying to use as much reprocessed or recycled materials in their products that they offer.

Therefore, not only do we source and sell waste plastic to the right polymer recyclers but we also buy the rPlastic back from them on behalf of our clients thus ensuring that we can build a working relationship that suits both parties and that very little if anything in this process goes to export out of the EU region.

Plastic Processing Additive Masterbatches

SL 29993
A none migratory slip agent which is used at low levels to give very good slip in film applications around 0.2 COF (coefficient of friction) at around 1-2%. It is food contact approved.

This product is very good at being a process aid for highly filled PP compounds helping them during production and during injection moulding, it also acts as a scratch resistance aid for high filled PP compounds.

Antimicrobial
Silver ion systems which can be based on all polyolefins and most engineering resins at around 1-2% to give a lifetime protection against bacteria it is 99.8% effective.

PET 2805
A slip and process aid for PET sheet and blow moulding products, it aid process and prevents sheets from blocking during production process.

DES 2807
A 70% active desiccant masterbatch for mopping up moisture of recycled polymers

IPM 2996
A deodouriser masterbatch for absorbing bad odours from process or recycled polymers, it can be used in conjunction with a fragrance masterbatch
