SL 29993
A none migratory slip agent which is used at low levels to give very good slip in film applications around 0.2 COF (coefficient of friction) at around 1-2%. It is food contact approved.
This is a very good process aid for highly filled PP compounds helping them during production and during injection moulding, it also acts as a scratch resistance aid for high filled PP compounds.
Antimicrobial
Silver ion systems which can be based on all polyolefins and most engineering resins at around 1-2% to give a lifetime protection against bacteria it is 99.8% effective.
PET 2805
A slip and process aid for PET sheet and blow moulding products, it aid process and prevents sheets from blocking during production process.
DES 2807
A 70% active desiccant masterbatch for mopping up moisture of recycled polymers.
IPM 2996
A deodouriser masterbatch for absorbing bad odours from process or recycled polymers, it can be used in conjunction with a fragrance masterbatch.
AO 278
An antioxidant masterbatch.
Info sheets are also available for things like fragrance and taggant masterbatches which can be made on a range of polymer bases.
